Hey!

10 years ago today I asked Mark to be my boyfriend...Aww!  We're not doing anything special for our anniversary.  He's making me dinner and I got him the travel mug he's been wanting (at least I hope I got the right one). 

Regardless of wether it's been a straight 10 years for Mark and I or there were a few months we didn't quite agree on the relationship, 10 years is a long time to love someone.  We've lasted longer than most married couples :) 

Everything is going really well in my little world.  My baby belly is growing just fine.  He's active as hell in there and I love it!  I get really sore sometimes and I feel huge and heavy but other than that I love it!

I wanted to congratulate my "Aunt" Tracie on her quiting smoking!  That's amazing...keep it up. 

And Happy Anniversary Mark.  I love you!

Another month has come and gone.

 We are 28 weeks tomorrow!  3rd trimester...finally.  I had a doctors appointment this morning and all went well.  I passed my one hour gestational diabetes test.  That makes me so happy because I really didn't want to do the 3 hour test...that would be terrible.  I am however, slightly annemic, so I have to take iron as long as it doesn't upset my stomach.

"Mushy" is doing good.  He is head down, so that is good.  His heart rate was 150.  My blood pressure was back to normal.  I think I've decided to be done working.  It's been too much of a pain (literaly) to work and I am uncomfortable enough without having work soreness to add to it.

About 12 weeks to go!  Yeah...I can't wait!

Mushy's 26 week ultrasound pictures.

He's just a big boy!

So at the ultrasound a few weeks ago they said I was further along than what I thought, but my doctor said he's just a big baby.  They are keeping the due date at May 27th...I say he'll get here when he's good and ready and hopefully he comes sometime in May :) 

At todays appt.  my blood presure was higher than normal so they said they would monitor that in the coming appts.  His heart beat was 140, which is lower than normal, but she didn't sound concerned at all.  I feel him move quite regularly now, which excites me, but sometimes he doesn't move quite as much and that worries me.  She said I have nothing to worry about though, that they aren't expected to be regular, just everyday.  I go for another ultrasound on Feb. 25th., my next doctors appt. is March 5th and I have to go for a gestastional diabetes test sometime this month.

So as far as I can tell everything is going very well.  The doctor didn't seem concerned at all and he sounded pretty healthy.

I haven't gotten much bigger but here is a picture at approx. 24 weeks.

Pregnancy Pictures

I realized this is the only place I haven't added pictures, so I'll add some now for those of you who don't see them anywhere else.

I started a project of taking a picture of my feet every couple of weeks and eventually they'll disappear.  This is at 8 weeks.

20 weeks.  But I think this one needs to be redone..I think I was slouching.

The picture on the left is my favorite.  He looked like he was going to start sucking his thumb, but he just kept touching his face.  So for those of you who have seen ultrasound pictures before or just have good imaginations, you can see his hand on the left andhis face on the right/middle.  His mouth was opening and closing and he was going to touch his face again.
The picture on the right is my second favorite because it's the picture that told us that it's  a little boy.  I love that the tech. put a little arrow pointing to his gender :)

The picture on the left is his feet.  The picture on the right is his spine.  Either right before or right after they took the spine picture he jumped and you could see it and I could feel it.  It was amazing.

On the left is his face.  Awww!  I think ultrasound pictures are kind of scary, but I can't stop looking at his little face wondering what he'll look like.  And then on the Right is another picture of his little feet.

I can't wait til he gets here.  For those of you who are wondering, we dont have many names picked out yet.  Mark and I really like Brock but I want to continue looking for a little longer.

Baby Update!

Alright, I've updated just about to my limit for the night.  I've called and texted and updated and now it's time to tell Xanga world finaly. 

In about 19-20 weeks we will have a baby BOY!!!  I think the new due date is around May 18.  So there it is!
